Leigh-On-Sea Round Table got involved with the Christmas spirit this in a big way this year 2007 / 2008.

1St they helped Leigh Lights by arranging for Santa to appear on their sleigh at the end of the Procession.

Then they booked 100 Tickets to take sick and ill children to the Panto at the Cliffs Pavilion where they all received Selection packs, Crackers and drinks plus the parents were able to enjoy themselves as well.

To continue helping the Local Community further they all picked up there collecting tins, donned Dancing Snowman outfits and jigged about, while Santa kindly obliged them again with his presence in both Southend and for the first time surprisingly - in Leigh High Streets – where 2 of the Snowmen became magically musical to sing and play live! more surprisingly the donations went up!

Finally Leigh on Sea Round Table worked with Fairways Primary School and have Rounded up 2007 by supplying over 110 Christmas Food Hampers to those who could use a bit of cheer at the festive time of year.
